Bernoulli observation model

Similar to our Poisson Observation Model example, but let's consider if we are just trying to record if the obesrvations are present or not (binary).

Imagine instead of searching over large areas, we are instead looking at smaller plots of a standard size.

In the above example we have $n=4$ random sites that are the same area, where we had 1 success and 3 failures.

We can compare between different sites with different numbers of small plots.
